4. Client Responsibilities:

Clients agree to:

Jack of Trades is not responsible for outcomes resulting from client decisions.

5. Fees and Payments:

• Fees will be agreed upon prior to engagement

• Payments must be made as per agreed terms

• Late payments may result in suspension of services

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality:

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Clients also agree not to disclose proprietary methods, materials, or strategies provided by Jack of Trades.

7. Intellectual Property:

All materials, frameworks, documents, and strategies provided remain the intellectual property of Jack of Trades unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use materials for their own business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack of Trades shall not be liable for:

All services are used at the client’s own risk.

9. Termination

• Payment obligations are not met

• There is abusive or inappropriate conduct

Clients may terminate services based on agreed terms, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
